For a good while the web has been abuzz over Barack Obama’s birth certificate and his secrecy thereof.
In this post from Ed Morrissey on Hot Air, he has a picture of Barack’s birth announcement.
If this is a fake, then you would have to believe that a Hawaiian newspaper conspired to write a phony announcement in 1961, to make a non-citizen President in 47 years.
I will not make that leap. Barack Obama can be beaten on a host of issues, this one is over. In fact, I would rather he not be taken down by a technicality, even if it were provable. It would just add to his “held down by the man” narrative.
His suspicious behavior in not showing it to the press is troubling. There are some questions about the birth certificate being altered as well.
If I had to guess, at worst I would say he is hiding a detail that may be embarrassing, but not damning. At best, he may be having a game with conspiracy theorists.
The bottom line is Barack Obama’s evasive demeanor engenders this kind of stuff. He is dishonest about everything, from his preacher, public financing, the surge and now even drilling. These are the reasons Barack should be defeated.
Let’s get back to focusing on them.
