Democrats are this oblivious.

• “Today, John McCain put the former mayor of a town of 9,000 with zero foreign policy experience a heartbeat away from the presidency,” – Obama spokesman Bill Burton.

That’s like saying “Today, Barack Obama, former commuinty organizer with zero foreign policy experience, is ready for the presidency.”

The difference is that Sarah Palin actually governed, whereas Barack Obama just played Senator for less than 150 days.

TRN was hoping for her and one of our readers, Ted, had the foresight to call it early.

So we got Biden, which we prayed for and we got Palin, which we needed.
