Democratic Underground Disgrace
I was told about this and I did not believe it. Then I saw it on Michelle Malkin.
An ebay ad for Trig Palin as a used stage prop. It was on the Democratic Underground.
I am going step out of the usual partisan hackery for this. It is too easy.
How does this idea crystallize in your mind? Does a man call a friend and say, “Hey I got a great idea…”
This much effort to make fun of a downs baby. This user, bob_weaver, has over 1000 posts at DU. I suggest they move him out.
Some of the DU users are actually offended, I hope they realize this stuff is beyond disgrace.
Imagine this was your family. Your son or daughter had to go to school and some kid they had a problem with, brings in their little brother in an eBay ad.
Imagine Governor Sarah Palin seeing it. Imagine being her husband, watching her see it for the first time.

Typical bitter liberal, clinging to their first amendment rights and lack of any shred of morals or standards. Liberalism really is a mental disorder. A few thousand mg. of Thorazine and some electro shock is what is needed for this poor soul.

I guess name calling is off limits, unless it is a special needs child. This is sickening.

I’m a proud Democrat for Obama, and that filthy excuse for “humor” sickens me. I am ashamed and disgusted that someone in my own political party would do such a thing. What the heck were they thinking?
Suppose Obama or–pick any of their favorite Democrats–had a personal tragedy. How would they like it if a bunch of Republicans decided the thing to do was tell a buncha jokes about it? Ted Kennedy’s been in health trouble lately, and to their credit I’ve seen very little but kind prayers and best wishes from the right wing, many of whom I know don’t care much for old Ted. Seems to me we ought to be able to show at least that much class.
In my neighborhood, there’s a lot of people who disagree heatedly about everything under the suns, and yet we manage to be polite about it. Too bad the bigger neighborhood can’t, too.
I wouldn’t mind getting my hands on the people who put that one up. Maybe I could talk some sense into them.

Really? I don’t doubt your sincerity, but I gotta tell you, this is theme of the left ever since Palin was announced.
Check out the downspalin blog.
The left today is bereft of class, I welcome your attempt at approaching them.
