Around 3:50 Fox News said the man may be Troy Stanley. He is a local conspiracy theorist. It is also alleged he is wearing flares and not real explosives.

There is an unfolding hostage situation at a Clinton Campaign Headquarters. Allegedly he is a conspiracy theorist who is known to the local police. He allegedly told his son to watch the news according to ABC News’ Pierre Thomas.
