Hail King Obama
The rules do not apply to Barack Obama. He gets to blur the lines between campaigning and serving like no President before. In fact, HRM Obama has been clear to point out he will rule us, and when he sees fit, he will overrule us.

December 20th, 2008 - 11:49 pm
what are you talking about?
December 21st, 2008 - 1:12 am
He is talking about Obama acting like a king.
If you read the link, it shows how Obama got special treatment form the gov, “because it is in our best interest”
I see you run a site, you should be able to figure it out, click the blue letters and read.
F***ing “Thomas Paine” reading the huff post overhere, what a pendayho.
December 21st, 2008 - 4:32 pm
He is going to be the President… and you are bitching how he got a .gov domain name?
Grow up.
December 21st, 2008 - 4:42 pm
Grow up?
Is that any way to talk to your father?
December 21st, 2008 - 5:34 pm
You are apparently not that intelligent of a human being, huh bastard?
December 21st, 2008 - 8:43 pm
Thomas Paine
December 21st, 2008 – 4:32 pm He is going to be the President… and you are bitching how he got a .gov domain name?
Grow up.
ihv>>. they bypassed the general rule/law in order to give this smiling con man the site.. we are grown up..
will
December 21st, 2008 - 8:52 pm
Ay Columbia!
I am stung by your Shakespearean insults.
Your tounge is a deft rapier in the hands of a slighted lord.
Though not as deft as my balls across your nose.
Man, you even use “huh.” It took you an hour to think up “huh” and you make fun of my intelligence?
Keep ‘em comin’ John Thomas Paine
December 21st, 2008 - 10:39 pm
wow, what a bunch of foolish aging men.
@will: all of a sudden, after 8 years, you are worried about presidents avoiding rules and laws? you got to be fucking kidding me!
@bastard: grow up
December 21st, 2008 - 11:01 pm
What did he break pendayho? Name them.
So, he breaks the law for eight years, kills the world, and Democrats let him go?
Either that’s some poor leadership from Democrats, or you are just a full of sheet rat with a Bill Maher blow up doll.
December 21st, 2008 - 11:28 pm
Thomas Paine, El Bastardo is a troll, he does not run this place.
If you don’t like getting abused by trolls, don’t feed them.
You are complaining about Bush & Cheney’s admin breaking the rules, yet your guy cannot even get a domain name without “special favors” being handed out by sychophants. Imagine something stressful, what corners will he cut then?
If you think that’s a good start for Obama, you don’t need to say anymore.
December 21st, 2008 - 11:37 pm
its a freaken domain name…. like, therudenews.com, but instead of typing c-o-m, you type g-o-v….
and contrary to what Drudge and the rest of the conservative talking points people have been pushing, change.gov is not a campaign website, has no fundraiser, and would actually let you conservatives voice your opinions. Why doesn’t everyone wait until Obama actually fucks up before bashing him like he already has?
its just a domain name…. like really?
December 21st, 2008 - 11:38 pm
oh, and yes, i am glad that guy doesn’t run the site, i was worried for a minute…. but feeding trolls can be fun, just depends on ones mood.
December 22nd, 2008 - 1:10 am
We do not need the Messiah to “let” us voice our opinions. It is he who will bring the fairness doctrine. If he fights it, it will be the most right wing he has ever been in his life.
Obama has only messed up since day one. He lies, and puts some cool on it. If you want to fool yourself that he is a “change” agent, go right ahead.
When a man throws his pastor of twenty years under the bus and says he didn’t know what he was saying, he is a liar. Obama joined that church for political reasons, yet he didn’t talk to anyone there about the message?
I was born, just not yesterday. Where’s that retreat date for Iraq? Now that it is his war, Democrats don’t want him to lose it.
When therudenews.com was registered, we didn’t get any special government favors. We didn’t need special intervention.
This is typical of how Obama had managed his affairs, terribly.
Also, we on the right are going to follow the example of unity liberals have demonstrated for the last eight years.
There is no problem with that is there?
December 22nd, 2008 - 7:25 am
Obama, or any democrat for that matter, have said they support the “fairness doctrine.” Obama isn’t in office, incase you weren’t aware, so he cannot end the war until he is actually the president… that happens 30 days from today.
If he managed his affairs terribly, how did he win by the largest margin in the past decade….
December 22nd, 2008 - 9:29 am
He won with the complicity of he news media we have today.
There was never one story about his failure in supporting Raila Odinga, nor anything about Blago, who we now know was under investigation, but Patty Fitz held back.
Nevermind his other loser associates, humongous lie about his pastor, and the lie of “kill him” being shouted at his opponents rallies. All bullsh*t that your side got the counrty to drink down.
December 22nd, 2008 - 9:37 am
Here, this is but a small example of the things he was allowed to get away with.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d3LZNc_TP_o&eurl
At least during this time we got the goods on Sarah Palin’s magazine reading!
December 22nd, 2008 - 11:06 am
Rude, I see you have a new playmate. Thomas, Rude is definitely a conservative, and like the name implies…well rude, but he’s a good guy deep down.
Word of advice, don’t take stuff personally here, tolerate El Bastardo (he is kind of funny on occasion) …but like Rude said you shouldn’t feed him. Expect them to gang-up on you. Normal rules of debate don’t apply, any citation of evidence (especially academic) will be dismissed so don’t bother. I’ll sit this one out.
DMG (sometimes known as a “Liberal Troll”–at least to Rude)
December 22nd, 2008 - 2:06 pm
just to clarify, I meant to write, haven’t.
No democrat has expressed any interesting in implementing the fairness doctrine…. after all, Rush and Hannity are great comedy for us intelligent folks.
December 22nd, 2008 - 2:22 pm
Thank You peanut gallery.
Except for Loise Slaughter, Chuck Schumer, Richard Durbin, Jeff Bingaman and Nancy Pelosi, you are correct.
If you are Thomas Paine, I am George Washington.
For the record, Obama’s press dweeb said O would not support reinstatement.
This is as solid as his support for Odinga, Blago, Kwame Kilpatrick, and his position on Iran.
December 22nd, 2008 - 2:35 pm
Man I have been getting alot of press lately.
Look at John Thomas over there
“Rush and Hannity are great comedy for us intelligent folks.”
Well you don’t listen to them do you f**kface?
If you did, you would know the beetches suopporting “fairness” because their comments are played again and again.
Another uninformed liberal douche.
December 22nd, 2008 - 9:48 pm
Bastard: I honestly do listen to Rush, Hannity a few minutes gives you the jist of what he is talking about each day. I truly do enjoy Rush, and try to make sure I am in the car for some period between 12 and 3 each day.
December 22nd, 2008 - 9:50 pm
DMG, nothing you guys can try and debate me about will be anything I haven’t handled before. No offense, but you guys are lightweights compared to past opponents.
December 22nd, 2008 - 9:50 pm
might be nice to add a email notification system on these comments… helps out, imho.
December 22nd, 2008 - 10:41 pm
Yes it’s all lightweights around here, that’s why you stay here, because you want easy prey.
I see DMG wrote above your grade level, he was giving you the lay of the land and you called him a lightweight.
Very classy.
December 22nd, 2008 - 10:58 pm
Thomas,
Not that this is an academic level blog, but you should probably check a few of the threads before you call someone a lightweight. I’m definitely not a right-winger, so maybe I’ll agree with you more often than than I disagree, but out of courtesy I have to tell you, yelling out lightweight on your first day is kind of, well rude.
Iron, do you consider yourself “easy prey”?? I can’t imagine that you do so I’ll assume you are being sarcastic.
December 22nd, 2008 - 11:23 pm
We keep it low-tech around here, but of want to pay the bills, go ahead and send that check, and we will take your re-decorating tips.
Also, if there is anything not up to your standards, I would like to point you to the WWW. There is plenty of stuff out there to challenge one as advanced as yourself.
It is amazing your eyes have glazed over your Fairness Doctrine slip up. You are down 1, Mr. Heavyweight.
December 22nd, 2008 - 11:23 pm
….. isn’t this blog dedicated to being rude?
December 22nd, 2008 - 11:31 pm
Yes. It is dedicated to being rude.
It’s called The Rude News, run by The Rude Dog, (and some mutts)and it makes rude posts.
It is not:
The Rude Lounge
The Rude Liberal Hangout
The Place We Invite Di**heads To Be Themselves.
Please The Guests
Inside The Actors Studio
Your Mom’s House (Where many of you still live)
See, the people who run TRN, decide what is rude here.
Not the stalkers.
Your next post will be about you getting the fairness doctrine wrong, or you will move to another thread.
Other than that, you will go to the dustbin.
I am corraling you, tough sh*t.
You are so smart, I am sure you can make up your one point deficit and soldier on.
December 22nd, 2008 - 11:50 pm
He he.
I am going to f**k you for breakfast, John Thomas.
You are going to be my beetch.
Sleep tight my little pillow biter.
December 22nd, 2008 - 11:51 pm
Show me any democrat who supports the fairness doctrine and I will show you a democrat I do not support or will ever support.
I do support a diversified media ownership. I think Clear Channel and other media companies owning way to many outlets is bad for our nation, but that is very different then the fairness doctrine.
December 23rd, 2008 - 12:10 am
So now we have come full circle.
Liberal comes in, insults place, defends Obama.
Liberal makes apples to oranges argument about rules for the working class vs. rules for liberal politicians, lo an behold, liberal pols get “special” favors we regular folks don’t. Liberal still defends it.
Liberal screws up by saying Democrats don’t support democrat policies.
Liberal rewrites argument when the wrench of truth, screws up the whole “no liberals support that” kine of garbage. Hits private industry that employs everybody, just to make sure he attacked an “evil business.”
Now, the liberal is against the liberal leaders. Good, at this rate, liberal will be a right-winger in a dozen or so more posts.
December 23rd, 2008 - 12:11 am
Good, we have aired this one out.
I suggest you move now. TRN will send you a bill for our time.
December 23rd, 2008 - 9:09 am
Maybe you have been asleep for the past 8 years, but I think the GOP are king of rewriting policies and arguments, special favors, deception, lies, and death.
Did I even defend Obama? I am just baffled that anyone cares about a freaken domain name… like really?
December 23rd, 2008 - 10:18 am
Man, I bet you sound like Mr. Slave from South Park.
I love that description of the elephant people.
Tell me, my little pillow biter, why have Democrats sat around for eight years of deception and death? For the past two years they held power and they yelled at businessmen and a baseball player, why didn’t they indict these evil Republicans?
I see you acknowledge it’s okay for Obama to get special favors… good democrat. (pats head)
December 23rd, 2008 - 10:32 am
I agree bastardo, the democrats are fools for not moving on impeachment, indictments, and war crimes charges.
December 23rd, 2008 - 2:30 pm
Yeah ok pal.
That’s because there is no “there” there. I bet you could do it. You and Vinny Bugs with his crazy book.
Another BDS Troofer.
You have reached boring now.
December 23rd, 2008 - 3:46 pm
BDS?
There is no there there? are you kidding me?
Do you not remember the Iraq War? it wasn’t that long ago. Or the Cheney ordered Torture? You know that is a War Crime? We hung Japanese for using it during WWII… So Dick and Bush are above the law?
December 23rd, 2008 - 6:39 pm
(Takes a bite of cake and passes into wonderland)
Sigh…
Evidently, they are above the law. How can Barack Obama let this injustice stand?
You are saying Cheney should die, right?.
[DMG tried to intervene on your behalf, but I figured you didn't need any "lightweight" help.]
You are saying Cheney should die, right?.
December 23rd, 2008 - 7:50 pm
I am saying Dick should be tried for War Crimes, Bush too.
Did I not make that clear?
December 23rd, 2008 - 8:15 pm
Evidently, they are above the law. How can Barack Obama let this injustice stand?
December 23rd, 2008 - 8:35 pm
I don’t know. Biden and the upcoming AG said they will be investigating the administration for War Crimes and other criminal offenses.
December 23rd, 2008 - 9:17 pm
No way beetch!
“I am saying Dick should be tried for War Crimes, Bush too.
Did I not make that clear?”
Name their “War Crimes” pillow biter!
Let’s see you try it, we are all lightweights remember?
Rude Dog, how did you miss that hole? You must be to busy humping legs or something…
December 23rd, 2008 - 11:08 pm
Torture, Unprovoked War, just to name the first two that come to mind.
December 24th, 2008 - 12:53 am
Hmm…
“Dick Cheney, I hearby charge you with torture”
Nah that sounds stupid.
I think you need to enlighten us…
December 24th, 2008 - 7:59 am
[DMG tried to intervene on your behalf, but I figured you didn't need any "lightweight" help.]
In other words…he deleted my post. That happens alot. Thomas, may I suggest Cobb? There’s a higher level (no offense Rude) thought on that site, but a similar level of outrageous claims. cobb.typepad.com
December 24th, 2008 - 9:02 am
DMG…
Man, even in giving Cobb a new troll you have to hit him.
Outrageous claims? Maybe here, butt Cobb?
If you guys were any further left you woud be off the chart.
Tommy needs to come up with them there “war crimes”, or has he had enough of the lightweights?
December 24th, 2008 - 9:38 am
You apparently dont pay much attention to the news bastard and rude.
This past week Dick admitted to ordering the CIA to use water boarding, the same thing that we executed Japanese for using during WW2. The supreme court has ruled it is torture.
Maybe you didn’t realize that in 2002 and 2003, Bush & Dick & Rummy & Condi kept lying to this nation. They lied to congress, they lied to the UN, UK, France, Germany…. Unprovoked, we invaded a sovereign nation, on false pretenses…
And for these two reasons, Bush & Dick deserve to take a trip to the Netherlands.
December 24th, 2008 - 5:26 pm
Actually, I’d like to see T.P. prove his claim that he can debate anyone, and he won’t be so restrained there were the mudslinging is minimal relative to TRN. Anyway, I’m not sure if Cobb thinks of dissenters as “trolls”. Cobb has had some doozies, trust me.
Rude, it’s not just ultra leftists asking the question about war crimes. Do I think he did? I do not know if his policies actually meet the definition of criminal act. However I do believe he has committed acts that are unethical, and should be scrutinized to see if such acts are indeed crimes. Rude, you have to admit that many of his actions were at least at the periphery if not actually over the line. I will tell you that I do not believe that anything will happen to Bush even if he WERE guilty of war crimes. I just can’t imagine anyone handing over a former U.S. President to the ICC. So the debate about war crimes is essentially moot.
Waterboarding is widely considered to meet the definition of torture. Re-writing the rules of what constitutes torture doesn’t fly…and we all know it. Therefore the United States tortures. Instead of playing games and feigning innocence, why doesn’t someone (who thinks it’s OK to torture) come on out and just say fuck it…yeah we torture people?
December 30th, 2008 - 1:06 pm
Ay Columbia!
The Japs were execued for waterboarding…
Stop learning history fromyour comic books puto!
December 31st, 2008 - 2:08 pm
For DMG; Merry Christmas:
“Actually, I’d like to see T.P. prove his claim that he can debate anyone, and he won’t be so restrained there were the mudslinging is minimal relative to TRN.”
He hasn’t been held back here. I was told he has had one dustbin, all the rest are here for us to see. He just hasn’t delivered.
“Re-writing the rules of what constitutes torture doesn’t fly…and we all know it.”
Good to see you acknowledge the foolishness of comparing this bathing technique to real torture. Liberals making it up as they go doesn’t mean a damn thing and I am glad to see you onboard.
It’s like saying when life really begins; people just have to arbitrarily make it up to suit their political agenda.
December 31st, 2008 - 2:27 pm
For Thomas “The Heavyweight” Paine:
Your tour is about over here, turd burglar.
This stuff about comparing our guys to the rat-bastard imperialist Japs is over the line.
The term “water boarding” wasn’t even in use back then, and the Japs filled your gut with water, something our guys did not do. The whole filling your gut with water through a rag, and then you having a stretched out gut is the torture part. Never mind some of the stories told about what they did to those guys stretched out guts.
These stories are as easily available as the Washington Post hit-piece from which your talking points were most likely derived.
Down 4, at 5, it is a shutout and you will be escorted from the field for “Delay Of Game.”
Even on his worst day, DMG offers some original thought, a kick to the nuts, and at least an attempt to be entertaining.
For you however, it is simply laser pointer easy to go “wrong, wrong and wrong again.”
0-4. You are making TRN history against the “lightweights”
If you dare go to Cobb, I will look forward to your easy schooling at the hands of someone who has time to poke a stick in your cage.
Go in calling them all Lightweights, I dare you.
December 31st, 2008 - 5:59 pm
“It’s like saying when life really begins; people just have to arbitrarily make it up to suit their political agenda.”
Welcome back. Waterboarding is fairly straight forward and fits the definition of torture, and it always has. There’s a little nerve just above your “eye-socket” when pushed simulates the feeling of getting your eyes gouged out, but is otherwise fairly harmless. Nothing says torture has to leave permanent physical damage.
We know when life begins…and when it ends. It’s the definition of what life is people have difficulty grasping.
Why is Thomas Paines comment about Japanese water torture over the line? Maybe it’s not the same thing as waterboarding, but the idea of torture is not necessarily death. It’s the pain or threat of pain inflicted. The sensation of drowning is torture. I assure you we the people of the United States are just as capable of foul deeds as the Japanese…as my ancestors can attest.
But come on…let’s put the waterboarding thing to bed. The majority says it’s torture, you say it’s not. We can agree that it’s not something we as Americans should be engaging in. McCain a former POW who served honorably is against it. And I think we should be above that sort of uncivilized thing.
December 31st, 2008 - 6:04 pm
One last thing if the Japanese water torture method utilized a naso-gastric to suck out the water thereby causing little cell damage thereby making it non-lethal, but caused the same amount of discomfort to our service personnel would you still be against it? Would you still believe the Japanese torturers deserved death?
January 5th, 2009 - 10:15 am
You have got to be kidding…
“One last thing if the Japanese water torture method utilized a naso-gastric to suck out the water thereby causing little cell damage thereby making it non-lethal, but caused the same amount of discomfort to our service personnel would you still be against it?”
This is the level of stupidity to which liberalism lowers the discourse.
I am all for killing the Imperialist Japanese, even if they didn’t torture. Their fate was sealed on December 7.
The same goes for all Islamniacs with their multiple attacks, and I don’t care what lawyers think about “rules” in war.
It’s good of you to defend Thomas Paine, because he does a terrible job.
All of this has been fun, and yet you two cannot articulate real charges against the Prez. This is the prime example of wasting time.
In three sentences, name the charges against the President.
January 8th, 2009 - 10:05 pm
Rude Dog, I love how you judge your own game…
Yes, you are right the Japanese system was different, but that doesnt change the fact several people did die in our custody during torture scenarios… which would constitute a war crime, a serious war crime.
December 24th, 2009 - 1:17 pm

December 26th, 2009 - 4:40 pm
I grew up in Hawaii, when “Barry” the “Punahou Popolo” was in High school. Those who knew him said he always hung out with the stoners, that he was always stoned, and that he developed a speech impediment due to his continuous state of inebriation.
