It’s fun to look at things written over year ago. Here is one on Greenspan back when he was trying to protect his legacy:

Alan Greenspan says there is a 50% chance we slide into a recession. Fifty-percent? I think I can predict the rest of history with 50% accuracy. Something will happen or it won’t.
I liked Greenspan when he was in charge. I want him to go away now. I understand he is defending a bit of his legacy but that is not necessary. The fact that millions of people took out loans against their home equity and bought more loans in the form of cars, plasma TVs, garden tubs and remodeled kitchens is not Greenspans fault. Much of the economic trouble today is quite simply our own fault. I am sorry to disabuse you of the notion that evil white men laughing in wood trim offices and smoking cigars have not stolen the American Dream.
