Why Do Democrats Deceive Themselves?
Many of us have been taught that FDR was the greatest President in the last century.
Well, this is bull.

You have sen and heard much about John F. Kennedy over the years. Look, John Kennedy was a pro-war, pro-life, tax cutting war machine. He invaded the commie’s as quickly as he invaded Marilyn. When a lib cites Jack, tell ‘em that the modern DNC would never tolerate JFK as a leader.
Hell, they threw out Joe Liberman.
When the Obamites compare Obama to JFK, say that JFK was King of Camelot but Barack is the court jester!
JFK: “Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country.”
BO: “I cannot swallow whole the view of Lincoln as the Great Emancipator.”
How about not offering our country (read taxpayers) to pay for everything? That would be a start… Where is Lloyd Bensten when you need him?
How about that Ethics Reform? Pretty good huh? The 2006 congressional elections that brought us the 110th Congress, the most effective congress in U.S. history.
After a year of NPR, Maher, the liberal media, and a million articles questioning the Abramoff scandals, the Dems capitalized on it for their 2006 win. I know they say it was the war. That’s why the 110th Congress pulled the war funding…
So besides re-lying their way into office, they then proceeded to take on the villains of America. Oil companies who provide oil and evil baseball players. They also took a shot at General Petraeus through their MoveOn.org proxy machine. If these libs were serious about not being affiliated with that stuff, they would stop taking George Soros’ money.
Seeing that we are talking ethics, how about that knight in shining armor Eliot Spitzer.

Here, at last, is a Democrat who truly stands for, rather than against, something. Eliot Spitzer, who will most certainly win New York’s governorship next year, has often, during his tenure as the Empire State’s attorney general, been depicted as a superhero. Stock analysts who tout stocks they privately dismiss as “shit” because they want that company’s banking business? Busted! Mutual-fund managers who let favored clients trade after hours? Blammo! Bid-rigging insurance brokers? Kapow! Recording-industry execs who pump radio playlists with payola? Kazam! Such portrayals amuse, yes. But they also reflect that he is the kind of man children imagine their fathers to be (brave, knightly, omnipotent) and the kind of leader Americans have come to expect only on-screen (intelligent, incorruptible, impish). He is perhaps the only American politician who can say “I just have a desire to force people to be honest” and be greeted not with laughter but amens. -Andrew Corsello

Barack Obama and Obamamania is the latest and greatest form of Democrat Denial.
The D.D. sickness is so pervasive here that Obama can get away with saying he didn’t know Rev. Wright hated Israel, believed the U.S. created AIDS to commit black genocide, regularly engaged in class envy politics while becoming incredibly rich himself.
He also said that William Ayers is just a guy in his neighborhood.
