Judge Nina Gershon, born in Chicago, appointed by President Bill Clinton in NY, has given ACORN our money. She cited a separation of powers angle which didn’t seem to come up when it came to paying CEO’s and everything else the Congress has rammed down our throats.
Congress, you voted to defund ACORN knowing all the while a judge would save their bacon. You lie!
Republicans, if you can’t handle this, you all deserve to be run out of office.
