“We took about 800 ornaments left over from previous administrations,” First Lady Michelle Obama explained, “we sent them to 60 local community groups throughout the country, and asked them to decorate them to pay tribute to a favorite local landmark and then send them back to us for display here at the White House.”

Wouldn’t you like to know what non-profit group has Chairman Mao as a favorite local landmark?

As if the White House doesn’t know who decorated what and as if the staffers decorating the tree didn’t see it. Nobody in the place said “That’s probably a bad idea?”

We keep hearing this is a Warhol print. Really? We would love to see someone link it, because we have found every Mao/Warhol print but this one.

There was one of him on Rushmore (gag), one with a lesbian logo  and another of some famous tyranny. Those aren’t a big deal.

Doesn’t every American have a gay marriage, transvestite, commie Xmas tree? Those Obamas are so in touch with what makes this country great.
