The Rude News

Ladies and Gentlemen, Judge Alex Kozinski a filthy scumbag lawyer named Cyrus Sanai brings you;

The computerized cache included a picture of two nude women on all fours painted to look like Holstein dairy cows, images of masturbation, a video of a man being pursued by a sexually aroused donkey and a slide show featuring a striptease with a transsexual.

Okay kiddies, I admit I had too much fun with the idea that a member of the Ninth Circus was porn crazed weasel tugging his bacon and muttering “nurse Nancy, nurse Nancy…” under his robes.

It turns out, some rat bastard lawyer, who hates this particular Judge, shopped around a CD of stuff downloaded off of the Judges web site. The real stuff is not what the L.A. Times made it out to be.

I should have known! This is the first story I have taken at face value from the L.A. Times and it was total BS! Who would have thought the L.A. Times lies? (Laughs bitterly at self)

But Erwin Chemerinsky, dean of the law school at University of California, Irvine, said the material would not permanently harm Kozinski’s reputation.

“It’s much ado about very little,” Chemerinsky said. “There is no indication that this material is even close to obscenity.”

Where are the feminists? Katie Couric says Hillary was a victim of sexism, what about all the women who fall under this court’s jurisdiction?

How does Erwin up there keep his job if he does not see the sexism involved in painting girls like cows? An aroused donkey chasing a man? Here’s the caption for that; The Democrat Party has something in store for America!

demsdonkey.jpg

How come PETA isn’t coming down on the Judge for that? Horse racing is bad but a good ol’ donkey bonk is okay!

Aw man! I had to wipe out the donkey-bonk because the video described in the times is BS. The Times totally twisted around what was happening there.

The logo stays dammit. Sooner or later someone will put it behind someone famous, an elephant logo or something like that.

[This was a section of deleted prose that would have made Mark Twain proud. No, really.]

Legal experts who had called on Kozinski to recuse himself from the Isaacs case said it wasn’t necessarily a problem that the judge had collected sexually explicit material but that he was reckless in allowing it to be discovered. - L.A. Times

Bah! Legal experts my ass. They need to disbar this Cyrus ass monkey.

If The Rude Dog would have doubted the L.A. Times, like instinct told him to do, none of this would have happened. The story was just…too damn good…we…we all wanted it…we all wanted it to be true…but we all can’t be liberal writers. We must face our errors and sometimes use the internet for things like research. Otherwise we are just as bad as the L.A. Times.

He is in good company this year, Eliot Spitzer and Bernie Ward both await the good Judge in porno purgatory.

Fortunately for the Judge, Stephen Gianelli, who commented below, has saved him from porno purgatory. Too bad, Eliot was getting tired of Bernie’s kiddie stories.

The lack of enthusiasm  by both the network media and academia to bring this Judge low is very disheartening. Why should we condemn and shame this Judge into obscurity? This is why you milquetoasts, he has to declare a mistrial on a guy who distributes even worse porn. See, even the watch-donkeys-chase-naked-men-golden-power-shower Judge understands he has “screwed the pooch.” What the hell is wrong with all of you out there who don’t get it?

Alright, we don’t need to totally ruin this guy. It looks like he was railroaded hard, and many of us took the bait from the L.A. Times.

L.A. Times, meet the anteater.

The principle applies however that high profile leaders of any kind need to get serious. Look, if you don’t want big money and power, give it to your lawn guy. I am sure he would give up some tawdry jokes to be chief justice of anything.

So my apologies to the Judge, who may indeed be mostly innocent of uber-perversion. The “dive bomb” pic stays however. It’s just too good. It’s what might have been…

The title of your web post on Chief Judge Alex Kozinski identifies him as a “liberal judge”. You could not be more wrong.

The judge was appointed to the court by President Ronald Reagan (a conservative, obviously) in 1985.

Judge Kozinski is a former Law Clerk to Chief Justice Warren E. Burger (a conservative), 1976-77; and Law Clerk to Circuit Judge Anthony M. Kennedy (who now sits on the US Supreme Court), 1975-76.

Judge Kozinski is an active member of the Federalist Society—a group that generally espouses strict construction of the US Constitution. (Other Federalist Society members include US Supreme Court Justice Anton Scalia).

Judge Kozinski, who screens potential clerks for Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy, says that seeing the Federalist Society on a résumé “tells me you’re of a particular philosophy, and I tend to give an edge to people I agree with philosophically.”

Federalism, in its most basic form, is the idea that the federal government shouldn’t encroach on the powers that the Constitution allegedly has reserved to the states. But the Federalist Society is an umbrella organization embracing all right-wing causes.

Federalist arguments include: Sexual-harassment and gender-equality laws impose illegitimate burdens on business; the powers of the Environmental Protection Agency should be exercised by the free market or, at most, by local or state government; juries are too unpredictable to be given the power to award punitive damages against large corporations but legitimate enough to be empowered to impose the death penalty; welfare laws by and large should be repealed; hate crimes are not a separate and more reprehensible category of criminal behavior than crimes not motivated by animus toward people of different races or sexual orientation; and the right of the people to keep and bear arms means empowering individuals to take up arms, not just preserving organized state-based militias.

Nation Magazine online, who has described the Federalist Society as “…a home for young conservatives…”, said in a June 13 on-line article:

“Meanwhile, under the dispassionate guise of a debating organization, the Federalist Society is working to prepare a powerful next generation of conservative corporate lawyers, judges, top government officials and decision-makers committed to fundamental change.” (See, )

In short not only is Judge Kozinski a conservative jurist who is dedicated to conservative principles of Federalism, his is the ANTITHESIS of the type of judges and justices that Barack Obama can be expected to appoint in the unfortunate event that he is elected president.

Finally, I have looked at the so called “porn” that was attributed to Judge Kozinski, and it is nothing more than the kind of raunchy sexual humor that gets emailed around all the time.

While some feminists might take offense, it is no reason to malign this very bright and conservative jurist.

If you do that, you are throwing out the baby with the bathwater.

PS: The so called “bestialty” video is on You Tube–features a guy in a field who dropped his drawers to take leak and was being chased by an arround by an arroused donkey in a field. The video is intended has humor, and is not “porn” on any level.

Alright Stephan, I did a bit of digging, as your comment contained such detail and there are a few things I will correct about Judge Kozinski.
However, calling the Judge “conservative” because Ronald Reagan appointed him doesn’t cut it. Look at George H.W. Bush and that Souter appointment.
Now I am not going to hit the Judge again, because I have learned something that will be posted here. But I have to say the idea that this guy was adhering to some conservative principle while looking at the cow chicks…c’mon man.

Anyway, pat ypurself on the back regardless, as you have done a good deed for the day. Check the post in a day or so and you will be pleased.

I am going to keep the “fly down and get some cow bitches pic” it really belongs in the Louvre.

I did not call Judge Kozinski “conservative because Ronald Reagan appointed him”–although the fact that Regan appointed him should be an indication of his conservative leanings. Ronald Regan did not appoint “liberals” to the bench.

Rather, I drew to you attention to Judge Kozinski’s involvement with the Federalist Society, which is a conservative group that advocates a strict construction of the constitution, as well as many other core conservative principles. Trust me, Kozinski is universally regarded as a conservative jurist.

We have not even gotten into the obsessed attorney who has been dogging Kozinski because Kozinski put the final kybosh on the attorney’s attempts to re-litigate his parent’s long over divorce case (which was a STATE COURT case). We do not want FEDERAL COURTS interfering with family law cases in state court do we?

Unfortunately, The LA Times reported that the material was “porn” (including “bestiality”) because the judge was presiding over a “porn” trial, that makes for a much sexier story. [One DC blog has described Kozinski’s “collection” as “the sort of naughtiness you’d find in the dirty birthday cards section at Spencer Gifts.”

I am not familiar with your website, but on first impression it does not look at the kind of site mired in political correctness—like the feminist blogs that are attacking Kozinski for the “cow” pic.

I am glad you like the cow pic, but honestly, I have seen worse in Penthouse and Playboy—not good reasons to toss perfectly good strict constructionist jusges off the bench.

BTW, the “porn” that the defendant distributed in the pending trial bore no resemblance to the judge’s collection of ribald emailed items. It consisted of commercial films of women with excrement smeared on their faces.

Man dude, you are on fire.

I was correcting the post while you were commenting.

I await your flogging a second time!

  5. Stephen Gianelli

Wow. If only the mainstream media could be so anxious to correct its misconceptions.

    I am impressed.
